Lily Allen Sees Herself as Grotesquely Overweight

In the upcoming issue of Love Magazine, pop singer Lily Allen reveals that she suffers from body dysmorphia, an anxiety disorder that makes her think she is grotesquely overweight. She said,

Queen Latifah Maintains Weight Loss

Queen Latifah lost over 20 pounds a few years ago while on Jenny Craig and she has successfully kept the weight off. Stars like Kirsty Alley haven’t been so lucky but Queen Latifah has done it by watching what she eats in terms of content and portion size. She told People Magazine,

“I don’t really diet. I kind of keep everything in moderation, exercise and eat right. I eat a lot of vegetables and lean meats, and I drink a whole lot of water.”

The star turns 40 in March but she’s not too worried about it as she’s one who follows the philosophy that you’re only as old as you feel and she said she feels young at heart.
