Rihanna says she plays up her long legs with a little wrap, but also does a little preparation before she spends a day in the sun.
“I like wearing a bikini with a cover-up that’s loose, not too long and a little bit sheer. If I know I’m going on vacation, I’ll do Pilates for two weeks straight.”

Cameron Diaz: Workout and Exercise

Cameron Diaz always looks great. She’s always wearing a smile, looks healthy and has a positive disposition. But what’s her secret to her ultra-toned arms? Her trainer, Teddy Bass, gave People Magazine readers some inside tips on how she does it. His recommendation is a three-step arm workout.
1. Reverse flies – Do 15 to 20 reps by stepping into a lunge and raising arms parallel to shoulders.
2. Tricep kickbacks – Do 10 reps per arm. In a lunge stance, lean forward with a flat back and extend weights behind, close to the elbows.
3. Bicep curls – Do 15 to 20 reps of traditional bicep curls in standing position.
