Jennifer Aniston: Diet

Jennifer Aniston turned 40 last week on February 11th, and she looks amazing. What are her secrets? First off, she participates in a variety of exercise such as yoga, weight training and cardiovascular work on the treadmill and/or crosstrainer. However, keep in mind that she does intensive yoga study and pilates sessions with her trainer, Mandy Ingber, approximately 8 to 10 hours a week. That takes a lot of dedication, time and will power! According to her trainer,

“Jennifer understands that yoga’s essentially a meeting of the physical and spiritual. She brings a real calmness to each pose.”

Jennifer Aniston is in the Zone

If you check out the latest issue of GQ magazine you’ll find actress Jennifer Aniston appearing on the cover in nothing but a man’s necktie and looking better than ever.

The 40-year-old actress told GQ that she feels more comfortable today than she ever did in her twenties or early thirties thanks to a healthy diet and regular exercise.

“I’m healthier,” Aniston said, “I’m more at peace in my mind and with my body.” [Read more →]
