Taylor Lautner: Diet – 3,200 Calories A Day
Taylor Lautner, the hunk-a hunk-a burnin’ love from the Twilight series is a different person since he began his work on the movies a couple of years ago. Over the past year we have chronicled his weight gain and habits such as his workout and milkshake diet. At a press conference in Beverly Hills last Friday she revealed a bit more about his new physique and the challenges he has when it comes to maintaining it. Not only does he workout at the gym five times a week but he also has to maintain a 3,200-calorie a day diet. He said,
“Everybody thinks it was the actual getting in the gym, that was easy. But the eating was pretty hard…Putting something in your mouth every two hours. And I’m busy. I’m downtown L.A going from meeting to meeting, so there’s no time for me to be eating.”

New Moon Cast’s Fitness Tips
Self magazine caught up with a few of the stars of the Twilight movie series and spoke to them about their fitness habits.

Cast as Victoria in the first 2 movie of the series, Rachelle keeps fit by hitting a boot camp 4 to 5 times a week. She also does a little Pilates to lengthen and tone her limbs, but drinks about a gallon of water every day.

Taylor Lautner, who plays Jacob Black in the teen-vampire movie Twilight installments, has been getting all kinds of attention over the past few months as he has bulked up to a new size. The media loves reporting on his milkshake diet and how he gained 30 pounds of muscle for his latest transformation in New Moon. Of course girls are drooling over his new ripped physique but Taylor is a tad bashful about his new found fame as a heartthrob.

BooBoo Stewart: Workout
The latest newcomer to the Twilight series is the bright-eyed BooBoo Stewart. At just 15 years old he may not be getting bulked up like Taylor Lautner or well-defined like Chaske Spencer, but he too is doing his fair share of work at the gym. As he has been preparing for filming the latest Twilight saga he has amped up his workouts. He said,
“I have definitely been going to the gym and just reading the books so I can get the character down for all of the fans.”
He also told Ok! Magazine that he has been doing plenty of sit-ups, legs lifts, bicep and tricep work as well as doing some jogging and cardio. Booboo will play the role of teen werewolf, Seth Clearwater, in the Twilight series along side other stars such as Rachelle Lefevre and Ashley Greene.

La Push werewolf pack is looking hotter than ever as they reveal their ripped torsos for the Twilight sequel, New Moon, which hits screens in the fall. We already learned last month how Taylor Lautner gained 30 pounds for the role as Jacob Black. Now we got the inside scoop from Chaske Spencer, who stars as Sam Uley, on how he and the other boys stay fit while on the set. The Oklahoma native told Ok! Magazine,
“Between takes we’ll do push ups and they keep dumbbells on set. We’re constantly working out.”

They say that as couples grow old together they begin to look alike, but in the case of Rachelle Lafevre and boyfriend Jamie King the young sweethearts are getting a head start by following the same diet plan. Rachelle plays bad-girl vampire co-starring along side Taylor Lautner in Twilight and Jamie King stars as Thomas Wyatt in the Showtime program, Tudors. Though they are both always fit and healthy looking a source said that the pair uses a customizable meal delivery service called, Fresh Diet.
