Adriana Lima Diet
Breakfast: egg whites, oatmeal and raisins or muesli with plain yogurt and honey, along with a cup of joe and milk
Lunch: A portion of meat (fish, chicken or red meat) with veggies
Snacks: Raw veggies such as cucumbers and carrots. She does indulge her sweet tooth with chocolate too! She also has a daily spoonful of raw honey explaining “it helps your immune system.”
Dinner: Small salad. She says she sleeps better at night when she eats light later in the day.

No arguing that this diet is working for Adriana. The muesli can pack a caloric punch, as can something like granola. A good strategy is to cut back on the grains and bulk up on some fresh fruit. While I agree that portion control is a good idea, I would advise Adriana to up the dinner salad. You’re not going to gain weight on salad, as long as you don’t go overboard on dressing. Very few of us get enough greens so I do not like to see portion control strategies when it comes to salad. Just remember while most Americans have difficulty getting the recommended 25 grams of fiber per day, Paleolithic man had a diet that consisted of 75-100 grams of fiber per day! So eat more veggies!
