Adriana Lima Diet
Breakfast: egg whites, oatmeal and raisins or muesli with plain yogurt and honey, along with a cup of joe and milk
Lunch: A portion of meat (fish, chicken or red meat) with veggies
Snacks: Raw veggies such as cucumbers and carrots. She does indulge her sweet tooth with chocolate too! She also has a daily spoonful of raw honey explaining “it helps your immune system.”
Dinner: Small salad. She says she sleeps better at night when she eats light later in the day.

No arguing that this diet is working for Adriana. The muesli can pack a caloric punch, as can something like granola. A good strategy is to cut back on the grains and bulk up on some fresh fruit. While I agree that portion control is a good idea, I would advise Adriana to up the dinner salad. You’re not going to gain weight on salad, as long as you don’t go overboard on dressing. Very few of us get enough greens so I do not like to see portion control strategies when it comes to salad. Just remember while most Americans have difficulty getting the recommended 25 grams of fiber per day, Paleolithic man had a diet that consisted of 75-100 grams of fiber per day! So eat more veggies!

i like Adriana's diet so much..but what is plain yoghurt..and joe with milk is coffee i think right???
ya joe is just coffee lol. and she probably uses the low fat milk or skim milk… Plain yogurt is like vanilla yogurt
plain yoghurt is literally as it says, it hasnt got a flavour, not even vanilla, its not sweet either so it takes some getting used to. you will find it in the supermarket named as plain yoghurt. greek yoghurt is the closest thing to it.

I love to hear your weigh-ins, but can you also recommend a diet plan that you find to be nutritionally complete. I would love to base my eating off of that, rather than the questionable things that celebs due.

well this is a super model diet indeed. She is only taking in about 550-700 calories a day on this plan. Does she work out too? Where does the energy come from with no whole grains?????
The energy doesn't come from whole grains , it comes from the sugar , that's why energetic bars or drinks are really sweetened .

Adriana Lima has Celiac Disease so, she cannot eat any kind of grains, flour or refined carbohydrates.

i followed this diet along with an intense workout routine…and i found that i still had a lot of energy without the whole grains (i think i had more energy than before) and i am 5'9 and weigh 115 lbs now. Before i started this diet i was 132 lbs. I did this diet a year ago…and i kept off the weight. i was able to acheive my goal, becoming a model, due to this diet.

It's the small salad at night (instead of a large meal) that really is the deciding factor of her being thin. I know she works out, but you can work out like crazy and if you have a standard American diet type supper, you're going to add weight. I think she's gorgeous, but I think one should have a nice supper in the evening to look forward to. Doesn't have to be huge, just satisfying. A small salad would make me feel so deprived.
She lost weight but she also lost her shape. I mean, what the hell happened to her waist??? Look at her pics before-she had a curvy body shape! Now she has a thick waist.
If that's from the wrong diet, then girls need to watch out..or is it because her body changed after pregnancy?
