
It’s only been six months since Victoria’s Secret Angel and supermodel, Adriana Lima, gave birth to her dauther Valentina, and doesn’t she look fabulous? In an interview this week at the Annual Aerospace High Performance Championships (where she happens to workout) she said that is was actually ‘easy’ to lose her post-baby weight. How could it be easy? Adriana works out with her trainer, Michael Oladjide, every day of the week and they do boxing, jump rope and other high-impact cardio routines to melt the fat. She said,
“Often I come twice in one day! It can be anywhere from one hour to….two hours.”
As for her diet the Brazilian Babe was on a strict no-carb, high-protein diet for the first three weeks after giving birth. She’s now back on carbs since she has lost the bulk of her baby weight. She said,
“Now I just try to watch what I eat and eat good, nutritious food.”
It’s evident that Adriana has worked incredibly hard. Seven day workouts a week are no easy task so she must have been incredibly dedicated. Lastly, Adriana is enjoying being a new mom and tries to spend as much time with her daughter as possible and finds herself always rushing home after work.
