Alanis Morissette: Eat To Live Diet
Alanis Morissette is looking better than ever. She no longer battles eating disorders, she recently ran the New York City marathon to support Edward Norton’s team, she also ran the Bizz Johnson Trail marathon and she has learned to eat right. She credits her weight loss to the book written by Dr. Joel Fuhrman, Eat to Live: The Revolutionary Formula for Fast and Sustained Weight Loss
. In regard to the book she said,
“I’m eating like an adult rather than like a seven-year-old at a candy store. Now around food, I can be trusted.”
Dr. Fuhrman’s book Eat to Live prescribes a diet of nutrient-rich foods. He says that losing 20 pounds in three weeks is easy when there is a high ratio of nutrients to calories because the fat essentially melts away. He says that when you eat foods high in nutrients you don’t have cravings for foods high in fat and calorie content. His book is not only a weight loss tool but it’s a health plan for those who suffer from things like reflux, allergies, diabetes and other chronic problems. In addition, the book includes a six-week plan to get started.
Celeb Diet Doc…
