
Victoria’s Secret model, Alessandra Ambrosio is getting ready for the annual Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show. After she had her baby last year she was able to drop off the weight doing lots of cardio but now the challenge is to maintain her healthy weight which she has achieved by doing weights, squats and lunges. The 28-year-old supermodel gave birth to a baby girl in August of 2008 and she was back on the runway just four months after the delivery. Ambrosio said,
“After I gave birth, my diet was a very healthy diet, like no sugar, no bread,” she says. “But now, I am just eating whatever.”
So how is she getting ready for this next big fashion show?
“I’m working out to prepare for the show because it’s our biggest show of the year,” she says. “I’m trying to work out four days a week.”
When asked if she has plans to have more kids she said she will leave that decision to destiny.
