She’s just released her fourth studio album and might be gearing up for another tour to promote her album The Element of Freedom. And unlike other celebrities, whether Alicia Keys is in studio or on the road touring, she maintains her natural curves.
It’s been reported that the 29-year-old musician is a fan of Harley Pasternak’s 5 Factor Diet, but she also doesn’t eat meat or drink milk. The award-winning singer shared an example of her daily diet.
Alicia Keys’ Healthy Diet Plan
Breakfast
5 egg whites and 1½ cups fruit salad
Lunch
2 cups of vegetable soup; large salad with ¾ cup chickpeas, ¼ cup sun-dried tomatoes, ½ avocado and 3 tablespoons balsamic vinaigrette salad dressing
Dinner
3 cups vegetables grilled with olive oil, 1½ cups brown rice
Alicia’s diet adds up to 1 450 calories, 46g of fat, 219g of carbohydrates, 57g protein and 63g of sugar.

This is one of the least processed diet plans I have seen from a celeb. To lose weight and get healthy this is how I recommend most folks should eat. You can never overdo veggies and fruits! Also remember that chick peas and beans in general are a healthy source of protein.
