Alicia Silverstone’s Diet Plan

Alicia Silverstone has made no secret of her vegan status, appearing in risqué PETA ads and even writing a weight-loss book The Kind Diet. In the book she details how certain foods can actually make you fat and sluggish while a vegan diet can help you lose weight, make you feel vibrant and also help keep your bowel movements regular.

Alicia Silverstone’s Diet Plan

Breakfast
A persimmon, a few collard greens, a cup of brown rice, a cup of miso soup

Lunch
½ heirloom tomato, a cup of fresh spinach with avocado, bowl of lentil soup

Dinner
Bowl of lentil soup, ½ cup brown rice, beet salad, slice of whole-grain bread with pesto, 2 peanut-butter cookies

This a is a good plan to follow… with a higher intake of veggies than most. Also note her The Kind Diet plan contain soups which are one of the best strategies for weight loss.

this website has some horrible spelling mistakes. "bowel of lentils" i hope you mean a bowl and not a bowel movement….
