Alison Sweeney’s Diet is Great for Weight Loss!

Alison Sweeney is one fit mama. She’s got a full schedule being the host of Biggest Loser and staring in Days of Our Lives but she manages to eat right and exercise and stay slim. Here’s a look at what Alison eats in a typical day:

Breakfast

Egg white with salsa, some oatmeal and English breakfast tea with milk

Lunch

A salad with greens, chickpeas, mushrooms, balsamic vinegar and turkey

Snack

Apples with peanut butter

Dinner

Chicken Salad

Alison keeps her daily cravings in check by just taking a little bite of some of her chocolate favorites but never eating all of it.
