Amanda Peet: Diet is all about Moderation

Amanda Peet currently stars in the Hollywood blockbuster movie, 2012. Likewise, she has landed the cover of the December issue of Self Magazine. Looking fit and fabulous she reveals to readers that for her, diet and exercise is all about moderation and she doesn’t obsess over her weight. She said,

“To me staying healthy means doing everything in moderation. Eat a lot of greens, but in moderation. Exercise, but in moderation. Drink wine, but in moderation. Sleep as much as you can. And have people around you who are funny.”

That is great advice that we should all live by, and like they always say, ‘Laughter is the best medicine.’ Although Amanda believes in moderation and a healthy lifestyle she still does respect other stars’ bodies such as Jennifer Aniston and Gisele Bündchen because she wants six-pack abs, a perky rear-end and some cleavage.

Celeb Diet Doc…
Moderation is a good rule to live by except Amanda got it wrong when she said “eat a lot of greens, but in moderation.” You can never eat enough greens. In fact I would recommend you binge on greens and wholesome unprocessed foods. And then eat even more greens. Get my point??
