		<description>I agree on the walking subject.  It&#039;s the only exercise I get.  I have Fibromyalgia and Psoriatic arthritis and need a cane for walking any distance more than a hundred feet or so.  I spend a lot of time pushing a shopping cart around Wally World and other stores.  No, I&#039;m not running any marathons or walking fast...I&#039;m just strolling along, but at least I&#039;m getting some exercise.</description>

Running is great too.  I&#039;m a big fan of walking because it is easy to incorporate into your lifestyle.   Which means you can walk during your lunch break, walk to the store, walk a flight of stairs etc.  And you get many of the weight loss benefits without knocking yourself out.   Don&#039;t get hung up on walking vs running.  the key is to move.</description>
