Ashlee Simpson on Diet and Exercise
Ashlee Simpson is on the cover of the December issue of Women’s Health Magazine. Apart from her fabulous cover photo there are photos of her inside the magazine showing off some of her dance moves; bet you didn’t realize she’s a trained dancer. That probably explains how she keeps so fit and lost her baby weight so quickly. In her interview she revealed how she lost her baby weight through good old fashioned exercise and watching what she eats but it was a difficult task.
Just two weeks after giving birth she signed up with a meal delivery service in order to keep herself in synch but she found it challenging. She said,
“It was hard, because I’m an eater. If I want a grilled cheese sandwich, I’ll eat a grilled cheese sandwich.”
Another challenge she came across was working out. She explained,
“I can’t do the treadmill for 45 minutes straight. I wasn’t in a rush to get back to this body for anyone else. It was more like, ‘I wanna look good, I wanna feel good.”
Pushing the treadmill aside, Ashlee got a personal trainer, a home gym and did circuit training. The star also set the record straight about rumors of her going to sweat-fests in order to get thin, and she replied that is was total ‘bull—.’
