Ashley Greene: New Moon Diet

ashley-greene-new-moon-diet Ashley Greene, one of the actresses from the Twilight series, New Moon, recently told US Magazine how she stayed in shape while filming. She first explained that working 12 hours a day left little time to eat but when she did eat it was all healthy foods. As for her workouts she said that there was a personal trainer on set that did fight training with the cast and that would last approximately four hours a day. Now that filming is over she keeps fit by doing pilates six days a week. She said,

“I do it [pilates] early in the morning. It wakes you up, and its kind of refreshing. And that is basically it. Sometimes cardio. I am not a big weight person because when I do weights I build muscle mass.”

Ashley will go to London in a few months time to start filming the new thriller, The Apparition.
