Audrina Patridge: Diet and Workout

Audrina Patridge, who along with Heidi Montag and Lauren Conrad are cast members on the MTV reality TV series the Hills, says she never had a weight problem consistently weighing about 116 pounds. She told Us Magazine that “I’m not going to the gym to lose weight, but to get definition in my arms, butt and legs.” She works out with trainer Del Bene and pal Lauren Conrad.

Audrina Patridge: Diet
“Before, I was a junk food junkie” admits Audrina. Now, her 1250 calorie diet includes fish and salads.

Audrina Patridge: Workout
Once a week Audrina works out 30 minutes on the elliptical followed by squats. Commenting on her workouts with Del Bene she says”Now my arms, stomach, and legs are cut!”

    how can i lose that pouch on my lower stomach area?

    Best bet to lose the lower tummy and tighten legs and bootie… Sign up for a Pilates class or buy a pilates video, that will really help tone all over. Running will help, if you do not like running, try a night out dancing- you will definately feel the burn the next day. If those activities are not your thing, try long walks, preferably in a hilly area. Extras include….squats while holding 7lb. weights on the top of your thighs. I will try to explain this last exercise, bare with me…FOR THE BUTT: lay on your back with bent knees and feet on the floor (a little more than shoulder width apart). Thrust butt up and back down (do 50 reps). Once you are at 50, keep your butt up, legs apart. Bring knees together and then apart- like you are working a Thigh Master (do 50 reps). Once you have done 50 reps of those, bring knees together. Then thrust butt upward again, with knees together(50 reps). Then bring feet together and do one last set of 50 thrusts. This is from a Jane Fonda workout from the 80s or 90s. It will DEFINATELY tone that bootie!

    how can you loose wieght on your face? in laguna beach laurens face is round and then in the hills her face is really slim and skinny!????

    Honestly, anyone that eats less than 1250 calories a day is probably starving to death. I can’t imagine working out (running, and lifting weights on just 1250 calories alone. You need calories and energy to live a function properly little lone working out. Just think about how many calories you burn when working out. That diet is suitable for someone who does minimal or no exercise.

    Actually, 1250 is alot… For her BMI, 1250 kcals is enough to maintain her weight. If she goes over or under she is more likely to lose/gain. I eat about that much daily and I don’t consider myself starving at all. I also work out three times a week. It’s just about your body weight and how your body functions.

    Yeah….1,250 calories isn’t enough, but if she’s not passing out after every taping of The Hills then good for her. I, myself actually try to stick to a 2,000 calorie diet. Other people can handle barely starving themselves, but I can’t! I love food and its not like a don’t workout. I do cardio workouts like twice a week and simetrics everyday with my boyfriend. So, I need the calories to burn. I love Audrina, but I couldn’t handle her “diet”.

    1250 calories is very normal for a 116 pound female. If she ate any more then she would get fat if she doesn’t work out everyday!

    I wanna focus on my arms, stomach, and butt. I’m 4′11 and I weigh 114lbs. My stomach is the biggest area on my body!! My butt is non-existent and I have been told that there are exercises that can help??? Any suggs?

    okay in order for audrina to have such a nice body she has to eat 1250 calories and workout…obviously it’s working for her. and why are you critisizing her diet because you guys were obviously wondering her diet and workout, hence why you’re on this site. i don’t beleive though that she only goes on the eliptical and does squats.

    audrina is gorgeous! but i agree with madeline, i dont believe she only works out once a week. she has an increadibly toned stomach, legs and absolutely no cellulite on her butt. she obviously has a very healthy diet with fish and salad and anyone who ate that would lose weight. i eat less calories than her and workout 5 days a week and im still bigger than her so she must have a very high metabolism.

    A 1250 diet for someone who works out even only a once a week and is her size, is really unhealthy. 1250 calories probably doesn’t even cover the amount of calories she’d need to meet her BMR.
