
The Hills reality star Audrina Patridge has a cute little figure. She has shapely curves and a healthy glow and in past interviews she has revealed that she does do light exercise and watches what she eats but she’s not obsessive about it. Most recently, she has revealed that she is a fan of the delivery meal diet plan, Sunfare. Here’s a glimpse of what a typical day’s meal plan looks like for Audrina.
Breakfast
Irish oatmeal with fresh berries and a grande English breakfast tea from Starbucks.
Lunch
A turkey wrap with vegetable soup and a passion fruit iced tea.
“I’ll admit it, I love ranch dressing so the fact that I get a little to dip my wrap in is amazing,” revealed Audrina.
Snack
String cheese, kiwi and a few almonds
Dinner
A perfect portion of steak with veggies and a small side salad.
Audrina’s daily diet plan has good portion control which is something easy to do when you use a meal delivery service. For those of us who can’t afford that, it’s a good idea to hang a chart of food servings on the refrigerator as a reminder of portion sizes and invest in kitchen scales for weighing foods like chicken, steak and salmon.

I read this in one of the tabloids, you should mention to readers that each meal she ate was 300 calories!!! So they know how to control the portions!
