Bethenny Frankel: The Skinnygirl Dish Diet Book
Professional chef Bethenny Frankel received her big break in 2005 when she was runner-up on NBC’s, Martha Stewart Apprentice. Since then she’s has become a popular reality star on Bravo’s The Real Housewives of NYC and she’s a contributor to Health Magazine. Her first book, Naturally Thin was a New York Times Bestseller and there’s no doubt that her new recipe book The Skinnygirl Dish
will also be a big hit.
The Skinnygirl Dish is due out in late December but Frankel has already been promoting her book on various shows. The book is part cookbook and part motivation to get us to embrace our ‘inner chef’ and get in the kitchen to cook healthy and satisfying meals. The book has 60 recipes but if you use Bethenny’s ‘Use What You Have’ substitution cards you actually have more than a thousand recipes. There’s something for everyone including breakfast ideas, dinners, desserts, cocktails and vegetarian dishes. Break out the low-calorie mojitos!
