Bethenny Frankel’s Weight Loss of 29 Pounds!

Author and reality star Bethenny Frankel gave birth just over three weeks ago and she’s already back in a size-4 swimsuit (photo above). Absolutely unbelievable! As the author of Naturally Thin she definitely knows healthy eating so it’s no surprise she knew how to drop the post-baby weight.

While pregnant Bethenny alternated yoga with 45-minute walks three times a week and she followed a vegetarian diet. Now, after her c-section birth, she has decreased her walks to 30 minutes and follows a low-fat diet. Here’s what a day of meals looks like for Bethenny:

Breakfast
Muffin and fruit

Lunch
Veggie sandwich with soup

Dinner
Barbecued chicken with half a sweet potato

Bethenny gained 35 pounds while pregnant and she has thus far lost 29 pounds so only 6 pounds to go.
