Big Brother Winner Josie Gibson’s Weight Loss Plan to Reach Size 12

The 11th Big Brother winner, Josie Gibson, is working hard these days to get a slim body to fit into the celebrity world. The 25-year-old is a size 16 and is following a strict diet and workout regime to slim down to a size 12.

Her first step was to hire not one, but two personal trainers to help her shed some pounds and reach her size 12 goal. Josie was spotted in London Park working out with her personal trainers and she looked happy while doing her exercises.

Aside from a tough workout, she’s also embarked on a 6 months detox diet that she finds to be very restrictive, considering she’s very fond of Jamaican food and chocolate.

“Mmmmmmm my fav bit of curry goat or brown stew chicken right up my street. Thai food and caribbean food is me fav mmmmm (sic),” she recently tweeted. “Is dyin for a chocolate bar but on a diet. X x x x.”

Gibson confessed that she decided to lose weight because she was feeling “a little bit insecure” about her figure, but added that she’s not planning to be a size zero anytime soon. Her main goal is to slim down to a “comfortable” size 12.

“ I’d like to be a comfortable 12. But not any smaller,” she said in an interview. “You’ve got to be the size you are comfortable with and I am a womanly woman. I am a little bit insecure about it.”

Josie’s boyfriend, John James, revealed that Gibson wants to lose weight for him, although she doesn’t want to admit it. The romantic Australian boyfriend said that he loves her no matter her weight.

“I couldn’t care less what Josie weighs. I love her just the way she is. It’s up to her completely,” said the Australian.

Gibson is going healthy all the way with her new lifestyle change and she’s also determined to give up smoking.

Make a pet bird an environment by simply setting pet bird residences, birdbaths along with pet bird feeders in the garden.
