Biggest Loser Ali Vincent: Believe It, Be It

The first female Biggest Loser winner Ali Vincent has had nothing but success since winning the reality series in season five. She lost 112 pounds while on the show and since then she has become a motivational speaker and she wrote her own book, Believe It, Be It: How Being the Biggest Loser Won Me Back My Life. As the new season of the Biggest Loser begins this week, Ali has a new gig as a partner with Ok Magazine to chronicle the season’s highlights. She said,

“I’m really excited to be partnering with OK! and to be a part of empowering people everywhere to live the healthiest lives possible. I encourage all of you as I do myself to create your destiny and love the life you live and the body that liberates you.”

Ali is a true example of how the possibility of losing weight and keeping it off is tangible. She maintains her healthy new habits when it comes to exercise and eating and by trying to motivate others to be healthy she has been given a fulfilling purpose.

Biggest Loser season nine will debut on January 5th.
