Biggest Loser Lance Morgan’s Weight Loss of 100 Pounds

by Betsy on Celebs on March 28, 2010

Lance Morgan is the most recent contestant to be eliminated from the current season of Biggest Loser. But just because he’s eliminated doesn’t mean he’s thrown in the towel. He has a new lease on life and he is still working out and eating right now that he’s back home in Aspermont, Texas.

He and wife Melissa live an hour from a gym so they have invested in equipment for the house. Melissa likes to do the treadmill and lift light weights and the two of them do plenty of biking. The kids will sometimes go on bike rides too but as for now they are focusing on the work with their personal trainers and learning to how to diet in the real world now that they aren’t on the Biggest Loser Ranch. For example, Lance explained that he and his wife enable each other to eat. He said,

“Melissa may want a Ding Dong or something and I’m like, “Oh, you know, that wouldn’t hurt. I can have one too.” There’s times that we enable each other but for the most part it’s easier because it’s about accountability as well.”

But Lance isn’t letting those Ding Dongs get the best of him. He said that his time on the ranch taught him about nutrition and calorie counting. Before the ranch he had no idea how much food he was putting in his mouth nor the nutritional content of it. After just two weeks at the ranch he realized how he had failed all previous attempts at dieting. No more Ding Dongs, Lance!  He said,

“It’s not a diet. It’s an entire lifestyle. It was nutrition.”
