
Sunshine Hampton may have been voted off of the Biggest Loser ranch back in March but that didn’t stop her from losing a stunning amount of weight. The 24-year-old who has never been on a date nor had a boyfriend revealed her new look at the Biggest Loser season finale last week and she looked fantastic.
Once she was booted off the show she came up with her own diet and workout plan:
Breakfast
Egg white omelets
Lunch
Tuna salad with low-fat Caesar dressing
Dinner
White fish with veggies
Her workout routine was an amazing six-hour-a-day process. She would do a five-mile walk in the mornings, then a class or boxing at the gym in the afternoons and then later she would walk on a treadmill or swim in the evenings. Whew! She’s just five to 10 pounds from her goal weight and once she reaches it she will whittle down her workouts to two hours a day. She said,
