Sunshine, one of the contestants on weight-loss show The Biggest Loser, shared some of her healthy eating and weight-loss tips recently.
She says what helps her and her fellow contestants is getting up early and working out in the morning before going to work. Knowing that you’ve got your workout done as well as when those feel-good endorphins kick in, it’ll make you feel great for the entire day.
Another tip is to pack your lunches for work. Because you’re so busy and there might not always be a healthy option for lunch (think vending machines and fast food chains). So when you pack your own lunch you know what you’re eating and exactly how many calories you’ll be consuming – keeping you in complete control of your weight-loss program.
Sunshine also recommends bringing little dumbbells to work so you can workout at your desk if you can’t get to gym every day.
