She lost tons of weight with her and she learned how to run and use a heart rate monitor because of her previous trainer. I know because I was really impressed with her results and I spoke to Tara a couple of times in the locker room! She is a fake and it's sad that so many of you are treating her as if she is GOD. The trainer she had before got her into great shape but Tara just needed more attention so she went ahead and built her fame "purposely" by getting fat. Just to get on the Biggest loser.
