You’ve seen them whip Erik Chopin and Bill Germanakos into shape, and now The Biggest Loser trainers can whip you into shape too with the fitness DVD The Biggest Loser Workout: Cardio Max. If you’re looking to achieve maximum weight-loss results in minimum amount of time, then this 50-minute DVD is just for you.

Featuring all three of the show’s trainers, Jillian Michaels, Bob Harper and Kim Lyons, as well 6 of the cast members from seasons 3 and 4, you will be taken through three different cardio routines each with a warm-up and cool-down. Naturally the intensity of the workouts will increase with each level, so it’s best you start at the beginning to reap the full rewards, even if you aren’t a novice.

Level 1 features Bob as your trainer as he focuses on a 20-minute boot camp that will work every part of your body (even those you didn’t know existed) and will kick-start your metabolism. Level 2 features Jillian as your trainer in a 10-minute “super-cardio drill” workout. Keep a towel handy and be prepared to sweat the pounds out of your system, literally. Level 3 features Kim as your trainer as she targets the butt and thighs in a kickboxing workout.
