Blake Lively: Diet and Exercise?

The 21-year-old Gossip Girl star, Blake Lively, graces the cover of the August edition of UK Glamour Magazine. Known for her svelte body and skimpy outfits on the show one would think that this girl eats like a bird, does monthly detox plans and lives at the gym. However she told Glamour Magazine the exact opposite. She said,
“I do panic before I have to wear a really skimpy outfit, but I don’t have enough willpower. I had to do a scene in a bra and shorts for the first time in two years,” she continues. “On the day of the shoot, I ate a pork burrito, chips and coke. Afterwards, I thought, ‘I probably shouldn’t have done that.’ But whatever.”
She definitely has a hearty appetite! Later in the interview, after admitting her poor diet she said that she doesn’t even exercise.
“I have never worked out, but I know you feel better when you do,” she says, “so I am planning on getting a trainer.”
Honestly. If she’s so slim to begin with does she really need a personal trainer? Does she really have no clue about how to exercise and eat properly? Maybe she can get some tips from Gossip Girl co-celebs Jessica Szhor and Kelly Rutherford.

good for you that you don’t diet or exercise..but you still got your boobs done and had a nose job

Wow this is such a lie. I went to highschool with this girl and she had an entire exercise room built for herself during her freshman year and ate nothing but chicken salads and sushi. Either glamour got it really wrong (which I doubt) or Blake’s just trying to act like she was “born skinny”. I guess most celebrities do it? I don’t know.
