Bob Harper’s Exercise DVD

The 2009 season of Biggest Loser ended this week and it appears that Bob Harper, one of the show’s fitness trainers was already working on a different project as he released an exercise DVD while the show was airing.  We’ve seen him motivate contestants along the way and help them achieve their fitness goals but now he is giving some of those secrets to the rest of us.

The Biggest Loser: The Workout – Boot Camp ($11) features past contestants and also winners training through several intensity levels of the effective program guaranteed to burn fat and get the heart pumping.  The DVD is 55 minutes long and surely those boot camp moves will have many of us feeling it the day after working out with Bob and his crew.

Bob’s partner in crime, Jillian Michaels has also released her own DVDs and books where she shares her effective training techniques and helpful diet tips.

    Thanks for posting this, I have been looking for new cardio DVD’s to add to my collection. It is great to see a DVD available with different levels of work outs, no doubt it will bring new challenges to each level which is great for maximising weight loss.

    I have been doing this video for the past week and a half and I definately tell the difference!! This is a great video for all levels of excercise!!
