Britney Spears: Dance Workout

Britney Spears has been all over the media the past couple of weeks as her Circus tour has now been launched and she has revealed her new body to the world. In general, Britney stays fit, but none of us will forget just over a year ago, her plump moments while battling depression and parenting issues, etc.. In the most recent edition of Fitness Magazine, they claim that Britney got her body back by doing the intense choreographed dances and workouts as she prepared for her tour.
According to Britney’s website, she also lifts weights and runs; this definitely helps her strength and endurance. But the dancing is what helped her blast off some unwanted fat because of the explosive moves she puts out on the dance floor. Fitness Magazine said,
“To get into tour-ready shape, Britney headed to renowned choreographer Jamie King, who’s also worked with Madonna, Rihanna, and other superstars who put on sweat-worthy shows.”
Unfortunately, the majority of us can’t afford to pay a personal choreographer, but Jamie King does have a DVD out called, Rock Your Body, where you will learn some great hip-hop dance moves.

She still needs to lose weight, I have seen many pictures and she is still some 12 or 15 lbs heavier than in the past.
