Britney Spears’ Sensible Diet

It seems that Britney Spears has her life back together.  Her worldwide Circus Tour has been a big hit, she gets time with her kids and she’s no longer carrying extra weight.  This week she was spotted at a hotel in Mexico looking toned and fit while taking a hiatus from her tour.  Insiders have said that it’s not just her rigorous dance workouts but also her new stress-free life that has contributed to her long term weight loss.  One insider said,
“Britney was sleeping only two to four hours a night for the longest time, but she’s gotten that under control.  Now she’s getting eight hours a night — and is drinking a ton of water and eating three normal meals a day.”
The 27-year-old’s ‘normal meals’ consist of foods like cheese grits for breakfast and basics like barbecue chicken, sweet potatoes and spinach salad.  Allowing herself foods like fattening grits are balanced with healthy goodies according to this insider,
“She drinks protein shakes and snacks on the dried fruit and nuts from Starbucks with her coffee.”
Spear’s Circus Tour resumes in November.
