
Brooke Burke won the Mirror Ball trophy during season 7 of Dancing with the Stars and now she is the host of the celebrity dance reality show. The 38-year-old is a mother of four and she has managed to maintain one incredible body. She’s always bikini ready by doing Pilates but she thinks 95-percent of being in shape has to do with what one eats. For Brooke, she follows the Mediterranean Diet in order to wear those itsy-bitsy-teenie-weenie bikinis. She said,
“I don’t waste calories on sugar, juices or sodas. I eat meat (beef, grilled fish, a lot of sushi), vegetables, salad, clear soups — and I drink a lot of lemon water.”
She also mentioned that she doesn’t eat white flour foods, starches and bad fats. But she will give herself good fats such as olive oil, avocado and almonds. This diet may sound perfect but what makes the Mediterranean diet even better is that you can have wine and Brooke said she loves red wine. Cheers!
