Who knew Brooke Shields had such stunning gunners? When Brooke took to the stage at Michael Jackson’s memorial service on Tuesday 7 July and spoke about her dear friend, we managed to tear our eyes away from her arms just long enough to listen to her moving tribute.

It appears the big secret to her success isn’t so big at all. It’s yoga! Like other hot celebrity moms, Brooke has been a fan of the holistic Indian practice for years, but likes to add spinning to her daily workout as well. According to her ex-trainer, Ish Moran, the chaturanga pose is the one that’ll help you on your way to beautifully-toned triceps.

In this pose you’ll find yourself in a position similar to a push-up, hovering just above the ground. But the chaturanga pose is also one of the hardest and is very easy to get wrong, placing excessive strain on your shoulders – so consult a trained yoga instructor first.

    [...] Brooke Shields just keeps looking better every time we see her.  The 44-year-old is super-fit, intelligent, an active mom, and the list goes on and on.  How does she do it all?  She recently told People Magazine that she’s a ‘closet super hero’ and that must obviously be the case because she seems to do everything perfectly.  When asked about her workout routine she said she does a combination of yoga and spinning but doesn’t lift weights because she bulks up quickly.  She explained, “It’s not safe for me to work with weights at the moment because I just get a bit … I respond quickly.” [...]
