Brooke Shields: Workout

Brooke Shields just keeps looking better every time we see her.  The 44-year-old is super-fit, intelligent, an active mom, and the list goes on and on.  How does she do it all?  She recently told People Magazine that she’s a ‘closet super hero’ and that must obviously be the case because she seems to do everything perfectly.  When asked about her workout routine she said she does a combination of yoga and spinning but doesn’t lift weights because she bulks up quickly.  She explained,
“It’s not safe for me to work with weights at the moment because I just get a bit … I respond quickly.”
But it seems that yoga and spinning is doing the trick because even the people that she works with on the film set, Furry Vengeance, are starting to take notice.  Shields said she was flattered when someone on the set yelled out,
“Does someone have a sewing kit? Because she’s ripped.”
Furry Vengeance will be released in April of 2010 and stars Brooke Shields, Brendan Fraser and Ken Jeong.
