David Kirsch is a celebrity fitness guru who has trained with Heidi Klum, Julie Henderson, Karolina Kurkova and Anne Hathaway just to name a few. As he’s an expert on how to get the perfect Victoria’s Secret tush he has written a book, David Kirsch’s Butt Book, which includes easy-to-follow illustrations of exercises that target the rear end. Last week, he appeared on Kathy and Hoda to promote the book for the holiday season. On the show he demonstrated exercises that don’t require weights or fancy equipment. He suggested exercises to do first thing in the morning to get the butt burning such as the sumo squat, the sumo walk, and reverse/side lunges that work the inner and outer thighs.

The aim of David Kirsch’s Butt Book is to give a gal a perky butt by offering exercises that will burn fat, firm muscles and also sculpt the muscle. In addition, he offers specific exercises for your body type; Apple shaped, Pear shaped, Banana and String Bean and there are sections on cardio and nutrition as well. The light hearted book has humorous illustrations but you won’t be laughing while doing these butt burning exercises. Good luck!
