According to a source at In Touch weekly the starlet “got a little out of shape toward the end of her days with Justin, but now her body is in the best condition it’s ever been in.” What’s her secret for staying in great shape?

- She drinks a vegetable-broth soup before dinner, a little tip she learned from her modeling days. See soup for weight loss.
- She chews sugar free gum to curb her cravings for sweets.
- She works out daily at a gym in West Hollywood.
