Cameron Diaz: Workout and Exercise

Cameron Diaz always looks great. She’s always wearing a smile, looks healthy and has a positive disposition. But what’s her secret to her ultra-toned arms? Her trainer, Teddy Bass, gave People Magazine readers some inside tips on how she does it. His recommendation is a three-step arm workout.
1. Reverse flies – Do 15 to 20 reps by stepping into a lunge and raising arms parallel to shoulders.
2. Tricep kickbacks – Do 10 reps per arm. In a lunge stance, lean forward with a flat back and extend weights behind, close to the elbows.
3. Bicep curls – Do 15 to 20 reps of traditional bicep curls in standing position.
According to Bass,
“Arms shape up faster than any other body part. You’ll see changes after two to three weeks!”
Two to three week is just in time for the heat of the summer when tank tops and strapless dresses are a must. Get lifting!
