Reality star Khloe Kardashian previously lost 25 pounds while on the QuickTrim diet supplements. But this week she told E! News that she has gained five of those pounds back since getting married to NBA player Lamar Odom in September. Alicia Silverstone: The Kind Diet

After months of anticipation Alicia Silverstone has finally launched her new book, The Kind Diet: A Simple Guide to Feeling Great, Losing Weight, and Saving the Planet. She’s already heavy on the media circuit this week having spoken with various newspapers and she appeared on The View to promote her vegan-friendly book.
While at the launch party in NYC she told New York Magazine,
“The truth is, there is a list of foods that will make you fat and make you sick and hurt you and make you older and tired and slowly deteriorate.”

Julio Gomez: Biggest Loser Follow Up

Julio Gomez may have suffered a heart-breaking elmination last week on The Biggest Loser, but the 40-year-old mortgage loan officer has nothing to complain about.
