Kourtney Kardashian Using A Post Pregnancy Belly Wrap

After having her first child in December Kourtney Kardashian is hard at work trying to get rid of the baby weight. She’s been eating right and doing mild exercise but in a recent interview with Ok magazine she revealed that she’s getting some outside help. First off, she designed a limited-edition Belly Bandit Original post-pregnancy tummy wrap that she’s been wearing as a tummy wrap. She said,

Kourtney Kardashian: Portion-Controlled Diet

Kourtney Kardashian is hard at working getting back into shape after having her son in December. She’s been getting tips from sisters Kim and Khloe, a little bit of help from mom and dad and of course following a diet and exercise plan. Her step-dad Bruce Jenner told Ok Magazine,

“She’s just kind of getting started with the exercise. She was on the treadmill, just walking, getting it going, while little Mason was sleeping.”

Walking is a great exercise for a new mom as it doesn’t put any pressure on the uterus and you can walk at a rate that is comfortable and not feel as if you’re being pushed. As for Kourtney’s diet plan she has decided to limit her portions so that she’s not depriving herself of cravings nor of any nutrients.
