Over the past couple of years she was leaning on the chubby side but after hard work and dedication she looks like she’s ready for another Sports Illustrated Bikini Issue photo shoot. This week on her show she gets to the nitty-gritty of her weight loss secrets and the fact of the matter is that there was no crazy dieting involved. It was about her exercise plan and managing her eating habits. She says,

“This is a lifestyle change. It’s not about being skinny. It’s about getting in the best shape that you can be.”

Reality star Adrianne Curry is back to looking like her fabulous self. As a reminder, she was the winner in season one of America’s Next Top Model and she also is married to the Brady Bunch’s Christopher Knight and the two of them had a VH1 reality show called, My Fair Brady. It’s been two years since their show ended and no one had seen Adrianne in the tabloid spotlight like she used to be. Kate Hudson’s 20 Pound Weight Loss

Inside, she revealed how she lost 20 pounds in order to play the role of a terminally ill woman who falls for her doctor in the movie, Earthbound. The 30-year-old said that she cut out alcohol in order to lose the weight. She said,

“To be in New York for two week and not have one beverage, I’m not sure I’ve ever done that!”

How Victoria Beckham prepared for her Armani Ads

Have you seen Victoria Beckham’s latest Emporio Armani ads? It’s been reported that the former Spice Girl went to gym seven days a week to prepare for the shoot with her soccer-hottie husband David Beckham.

The 35-year-old told Harper’s Bazaar in December that she didn’t want to rely on retouching like so many other advertising campaigns.

“I wanted to look at those pictures in 20 years’ time and say ‘Wow, look – after three kids – I didn’t look bad,” she was quoted as saying in Us magazine.

But is this what a mother of three should like like?

X Factor star Laura White will soon be giving other British beauties like Cheryl Cole and Victoria Beckham a run for their bootilicious bodies. Ahead of the release of her debut single, the 22-year-old has debuted a brand new body. She told Look Magazine that while she was living in the X Factor House she put on a lot of weight because she wasn’t exercising and she was eating anything she wanted to. She lost 30 pounds by doing 50 minutes a day on the cross-trainer and she goes to three Power Plate sessions a week. Octomom’s Slim Down: Workout & Diet

Earlier this year we reported on Nadya Suleman’s weight-loss after giving birth to 8 babies in January. In September she was spotted in her local park working out on a yoga mat with dumb bells and an exercise ball, but it seems the mother of 8 has now lost 145 pounds and trimmed 39 inches off her waist. How? By hitting the gym at midnight.

Nadya joined a local gym and while her babies are asleep, she slips away to work on her body. While the nanny watches the sleeping kids, Nadya visits her gym 3 times a week for 90 minutes. The single mother, who admits that she lost her previous post-baby weight pretty easily because of her genes, has found that working off the new weight isn’t as easy as she thought it would be. Although Nadya instantly dropped 40 pounds simply by giving birth, it was the remaining 100 pounds she had to work extra hard on.

Biggest Loser Abigail Rike’s Weight Loss

While on The Biggest Loser season eight, Abigail Rike faced many challenges apart from the weight loss.  She had to endure a stress fracture of the knee and still managed an average weight loss of four pounds a week and now she’s down to an impressive 165 pounds. In addition, she had to emotionally heal from the wounds of her tragic past. In her exclusive interview with Life & Style Magazine Abby opened up about the loss of her husband and two children in a car accident in 2006 and how she has since re-emerged as a new person.  She said,

“Losing weight is kind of like shedding the sadness and hurt and emerging stronger. My life will matter again.”

Kelly Osbourne’s New Fit Style

Last week, Kelly Osbourne had an exclusive photo shoot with Ok! Magazine looking fit and glowing.  She told the magazine that since she has lost 14 pounds while on Dancing With The Stars she has a new fashion sense because she can wear whatever she wants.  In regard to her weight loss she explained,

“You don’t automatically get skinner. You start to see things get a lot harder, then a different shape.”

With her new looks she says she feels ‘clean and alive’ and has become more confident in her clothing choices.  For example, if she’s feeling French on any particular day she’ll put on a beret and red lipstick.  When asked how her diet change while on the reality show Osbourne explained that her dance partner Louis van Amstel allows her to eat whatever she wants as long as it’s not too much.  The 25-year-old loves flaunting her new look and even with the DWTS costumes she has learned to be more secure with her image.  She said,

“I was a bit inecure and scared to wear them, because it’s stuff I’ve never worn before — and most likely wouldn’t again. But it’s about getting into the role and taking that leap of faith.”
