He says, “I’d become depressed. She’s had her share of yo-yo dieting. “I shot my metabolism with crazy diets and pills. I lost so much weight going through my divorce (1997) that I got down to a size 0.” After a spread in Playboy in 2002, she began to gain weight. “I made a lot of bad choices, like eating after shows or waiting till I was so hungry I ate too much and rolled out of the chair. On Milnes’ regimen of sensible eating and exercise, Penelope lost 10 lbs in 8 weeks getting this celeb toned and looking fabulous in time for her movie role. Penelope is a big fan of his workouts “I particularly like the lines on my abs and the whole way my body tightened up.
