400 Calorie Fix

Talk-show host Rachael Ray debuted a new diet on her show last week – the 400 Calorie Fix. As the name suggests, this new diet (created by Prevention magazine’s editor-in-chief Liz Vaccariello) is based on calorie counting/controlling.
Inspired by a column in Prevention magazine, the basic gist of the diet is that you may only consume 4 meals a day, each consisting of 400 calories. So essentially you’re eating 1 600 calories a day, no more and no less.
