Oh yes, Fergie and Gwyneth Paltrow look stunning as always, we know that the two take great care in eating properly and exercising but now we’ve discovered that the two beauties also get some help through dietary supplements.  The Beverly Hills skin specialist, Sonya Dakar, known for telling her clients that great skin starts with a healthy body, has just released an FDA-approved supplement collection called Beauty Boot Camp.
Fergie takes the Ultima Power shake mixes which is micronutrient-fortified, rich in protein and promotes fat loss and muscle gain.  As for Gwyneth Paltrow she likes the Perfect Women multivitamin packs which have Omega-3 and vitamins that will balance hormones, support energy levels and keep the metabolism steady.  Keep in mind that Fergie’s shakes are $59 for a 14-day supply and Gwyneth’s vitamin packs are $98 a month.  So unless you’ve got the job to pay for these costly supplements it’s best to stick with drinking loads of water and sweating out all of those toxins at the gym; you’ll still get great skin and be healthy.

Being healthy and staying on your ideal weight doesn’t have to be expensive. You just stick to eating a healthy diet, getting regular exercise, sleeping adequately, and drinking enough water is a sure way to a fab body with a gaping hole in your wallet.
