You may not have heard of him but Keoni Hudoba is a model and a celebrity trainer who works at Barry’s Bootcamp. Keoni teaches classes at the Bootcamp where stars such as Kim Kardashian go to get toned and whipped into shape. Yet you can’t tell by looking at him now but Keoni was a very different person back in 2003. He was overweight and out of shape weighing 327 pounds.
Keoni who is 28 reveals that back in 2003 he just kept eating. During an audition in the summer of 2003 Hudoba was told he missed out on a part because he was overweight. At this moment Hudoba realized he needed a change. He could not walk with out being out of breath and knew it was time to get serious about weight loss. Over time, he made gradual changes to his nutrition. He switched his diet for healthier choices like skim milk and whole wheat bread. He also began working out for two hours a day with a trainer
