Celebrity Weight Loss is Contagious
The latest speculation from Hollywood, where celebrity weight is a spectator sport, is that Posh is making her new found celebrity pals Katie Holmes and Eva Longoria lose weight. An “insider” reveals to In Touch magazine, “everyone around Posh seems to be getting thinner.”
After getting weight loss tips from Posh, best pal Katie Holmes appears to have lost weight around her hips since the birth of her daughter Suri. And Eva Longoria, who used to say she loved to eat, was seen out with Posh at Chateau Marmont and barely touched her food.
That Posh is influencing her new found A-list Hollywood pals to be as thin as she is, is entirely plausible. A recent study revealed that obesity is contagious, when one person gains weight their friends tend to gain weight too. Less widely reported is that this study also found the same “friends” effect for weight loss.
When in Hollywood, this adds a whole new meaning to the expression “it’s important who your friends are.”

The after picture of Eva Longoria look sick, her thighs are like a childs! As for Beckham, don’t get me started. Every photo of her shows her silly over-sized sunglasses, trout pout and child-like body. She is unattractive and too thin - apparently she wants her fellow spice girls to go on her diet of strawberries, protein shakes and sushi before their upcoming tour. Kick her out of the band I say!
lol. Posh used to be hot before she lost all that weight and got those really fake boobs. They look ridiculous in a tiny body like hers. Eva looks really good in the “before” picture. Lovely legs.
I’m pretty sure Posh didn’t MAKE anyone lose weight. Eva and Katie are grown women and make their own choices. They are freinds with Posh and as they say “weightloss and weight gain are social diseases”. So they wanted to be like Posh and lose weight. Big deal! Almost everyone in Hollywood is thin!

I think evea looks great in the before pic too and in the sencond she is way too thibn. I think they may have just been over stressing about lookimg good for her wedding though, understandable expecially in hollywwod. I dont think it has much to do with posh.
Besides she has gained weight back now and looks great.
Posh has gained some weight since her doctor told her she needs to gain some weight in order to get pregnant again.
Funny that Eva has gaining so much weight lately.
