It has been 19 months since pop songstress Christina Aguilera gave birth to her son, Max. We haven’t heard much in the news about her post-baby diet plan and nor have we seen her in the paparazzi pics. An insider has said that Christina has had trouble getting back into shape because she doesn’t like dieting. Aguilera admits,

“I don’t diet because I can’t. I love my food too much. I can’t even cut down on carbs because that’s so hard for me.”

The pop sensation went on to say that she will eat whatever she wants but when son Max goes to bed she will exercise for one hour. Of course she still looks great and because she is such a confident woman she claims that motherhood actually makes her feel sexy. She said she can even feel sexy when wearing a pair of jeans and a t-shirt and doesn’t need to get all glammed up. Christina respects mothers and considers them to be ’superstars.’ She said,

“I do find it important that, as a mother, you don’t give up on your sexuality.”
