Ciara’s Diet and Exercise Tips

In 2004 Ciara made her debut with the Billboard number-one single, Goodies. Since then, she has quite a few titles under her belt as singer-songwriter, record producer, dancer, fashion model, music video director and actress. Her latest video with Justin Timerlake, Love, Sex, Magic, is a steamy number where her svelte body takes center stage. She recently told People Magazine about her diet and exercise habits. She said,
“I work out for an hour a day, and eat five to eight small meals a day – complex carbs, fiber, greens, protein, and brown rice.”
The R&B songstress also revealed some of her cooking skills and it appears she’s careful about portion sizes. She explained,
“I make spaghetti with wheat pasta, ground turkey and tomato sauce, but [just] two spoons – not a whole cup.”
Be it two spoons or two cups, Ciara has nothing to worry about when it comes to her fit figure!
