Cindy Crawford Reveals Her Diet Secret

It’s hard being a supermodel and maintaining your figure, but after they retire you’d think they’d let their bodies go. Not so for 44-year-old Cindy Crawford. The former supermodel turned supermom still looks hot and in shape, and shared her biggest tip:

“I try to be 80 percent good, 80 percent of the time,” she says. “We all know when we’re blowing it, but as long as you don’t do that all the time…”

The mother of two enjoys hiking in her Malibu neighborhood to work off the calories, but also has a personal trainer she works out with three times a week. And when she’s not doing either, Cindy hops onto her Power Plate.

When it comes to her diet, she has oatmeal and blueberries for breakfast with her 10-year-old son followed by a salad with chicken or shrimp for lunch. For dinner, the hot mama will cook up fish and vegetables, but also allows for a little chocolate in between meals occasionally.

“I have a daughter, so I eat consciously because I want her to see me eat healthy and not think that she can’t have dessert ever,” Cindy says. “I think it’s a bad example for her.”
