Claudia Schiffer: Diet & Exercise Tips

In the November issue of InStyle magazine supermodel Claudia Schiffer gives a few beauty tips.  Her ten tips are referred to as things she learned as a supermodel when it comes to being healthy, having great skin and staying in shape.  When it comes to her diet she is sure to travel with healthy snacks that are also energy boosters such as brown-rice crackers and packets of dry miso soup that are easier to carry in a bag.  She said,
“I always take two or three servings with me on international flights.  Plane food is never, ever a good idea.”
She also gave a great exercise tip which is reminiscent of Beyonce’s stiletto workout.  Claudia will power walk in stilettos and tense the calf muscles while doing so to provide more balance and not wobble while walking.  In addition, she gets a good leg workout through Pilates.  She said,
“For me, Pilates is the best exercise regimen to strengthen legs without making them big.”
Other tips include drinking a liter of water every day along with several cups of peppermint tea to get glowing skin and changing the fragrance she wears in the afternoon for a boost.
