
Former supermodel Claudia Schiffer is expecting her third child in May. She may have those magical supermodel genes but that doesn’t mean she doesn’t have to be careful about her weight, especially since she is now 39 years old. She recently revealed her tips for a healthy pregnancy and above everything else she believes that happiness is the key. By surrounding herself with positiveness she feels good about herself and pregnancy. As for her diet she focuses on being healthy and exercising. She explained,
“Anything I do, I do it with the mind set of ‘is this healthy for me?’ You do need to work out and you do need to watch what you eat.”
Her other pieces of advice included using plenty of cream on your belly to avoid stretch marks and to buy regular clothes that are bigger instead of maternity clothes that aren’t so fashionable. Always the fashion plate, it makes sense that she wouldn’t want to wear those dreaded maternity outfits and maintain her happy spirits by wearing bigger clothes that have been tailored.

The old concept that claims the future mother has to eat for two is no longer valid.
