If you visit Rainbow Grocery in SF where alot of long term vegetarians shop, you are going to see some obvious endocrine issues. I don't think scientists and doctors fully understand about the metabolism of protein and amino acids at this point. If they do, then we will see more doctors administering protein shots as oppose to prescribing pills. I’m not so sure.
