Colbie Caillat: Diet

Colbie Caillat is one of the young rising stars in the music industry and to keep up the pace of the hectic lifestyle it creates, she needs a diet that can help her stay balanced, energetic and level-headed.

In December 2009 it was announced that she was nominated for four Grammy Awards, but what’s refreshing about Colbie is that she appears to be a normal, healthy 24-year-old who hasn’t succumbed to the entertainment industry’s pressure to be skinny as a pole. And Colbie seems to be eating like a healthy 24-year-old. In Us magazine, she shared an example of she eats on a daily basis.

Colbie Caillat’s Diet Plan
Colbie makes sure she includes enough fiber and lean protein in her diet.

Breakfast
Skim latte, banana

Lunch
Salad with chicken, a cup of black bean soup

Snack
Sugar snap peas, hummus

Dinner
Grilled sea bass with grilled vegetables, side salad, peppermint tea

Evening
A glass of red wine, a small cup of plain frozen yogurt

This is a good plan. Remember that soups and salads are a great weight loss strategy.
